Penghu is located at 50km west of Taiwan, composed of 90 big and small islands. With a spectacular oceanic ecology and landscape, profound humanity and long history, it cultivates unique oceanic features.
NTMoFA would like to introduce this mascot to close the distance between people and NTMoFA. It is hoped that with this mascot, it will allow people to learn more about NTMoFA development in recent years, constructing it into a museum for the people.

When he was in junior high school, he realized that he loved art.

Li, Kuei-Hsien (1937- ) is a writer, translator, commentator, inventor, as well as an entrepreneur, accomplishing handsomely. Li, Kuei-Hsien is dedicated to versification, and good at writing reviews. Having composed hundreds of works, he has won numerous awards at home and abroad. He was nominated thrice as the candidate for Nobel Prize in Literature by the International Poets Academy of India. In 2017, he was laureated in the 20th National Arts and Literary Award.
